This is a PDF pattern only – not a completed item.

This intermediate pattern uses U.S. standard crochet terms and requires five stitches – single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, front post triple crochet and slip stitch. The sample shown was made with Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick n Quick in Hudson Bay, Bernat Wool-Up Bulky in Denim and Bernat Sofftee Chunky in Wine.

This blanket is made by creating 4 faux cabled sections. Each section will be 23 stitches wide and 64 rows long.  You will end up with a blanket sized approximately 54″x 44″

This is a fun pattern that is relatively quick to work up and I think the end result is pretty stunning.  It still gives me that nostalgic, summer camping, making smores, swatting mosquitoes, sitting around the fire cozy, Canadian feel. I hope you like it too.

You are free to sell items you make using this pattern however, please do not share or publish these photos or reproduce the pattern in any way.
